    Should your school require it the Eye for Learning can be connected using cables, avoiding any potential problems with wireless.

    How can I tell if the system is recording?

    Your Eye for Learning system will begin to record as soon as you open the Eye for Learning software. You can check that the system is recording by checking for an orange box in the top left of each camera's picture.

    How can I tell if the laptop has connected to the Eye for Learning Hub?

    The laptop will display a message saying it has connected to the Eye for Learning network. If you have not connected to the Eye for Learning Hub you will not see a picture when you open the Eye for Learning software.

    What do I do if the cameras are not showing green lights?

    Firstly, check that the plug sockets are switched on. Follow this by checking that the cables are fully inserted into the back of the cameras. If you still cannot see a green light, try moving the camera to a different plug socket. If all of these checks fail, please contact us.

    My lapel microphone is not picking up any sound

    Is the microphone switched on at the top of the receiver? If it is and you still have no sound, try changing the batteries in the receiver unit. If this doesn't solve the problem please contact us.

    I am not able to find a piece of my Eye for Learning kit, what should I do?
